The Zanzibar Collection — a portfolio of boutique luxury resorts in Zanzibar — is continuing its search for an experienced and hands-on Water Plant Manager to oversee and maintain our water treatment operations across our properties.
This is a key on-site role responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of: • Sewage treatment & grey water production systems • Drinking water production • Reverse Osmosis (RO) water plants • Water quality monitoring and system maintenance
Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to plant operations and preventative maintenance. Previous experience within a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment will be a significant advantage.
Requirementsâś” Proven experience managing water treatment and RO systems âś” Knowledge of sewage treatment and grey water recycling processes âś” Strong maintenance and troubleshooting capabilities âś” Ability to work independently and manage on-site operations effectively âś” Hospitality or resort experience preferred
