Requirements****

• Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage Production, Culinary Arts, or a related field

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a busy institution, hospital, hotel, or restaurant

• Experience in preparing meals for large numbers of people

• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and nutrition principles

• Valid Food Handler's Certificate

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
