Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Relationship Manager – Corporate Sales. The role involves managing and strengthening relationships with corporate clients, identifying business opportunities, and promoting banking products and services. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for client acquisition, maintaining client satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional banking solutions.

Corporate Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills Strong understanding of Banking Products, Financial Services, and Market Trends Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills Ability to analyze client needs and offer tailored financial solutions Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet targets Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field Prior experience in corporate sales within the banking or financial services sector is an advantage Proficiency in CRM tools and knowledge of API banking is beneficial
