· Proactively receive walk-in clients at the sales gallery and follow up with leads via phone, email, and other channels.
· Gain a deep understanding of the project details, unit features, pricing structure, payment plans, and market advantages, and provide professional and engaging presentations to clients.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships, follow up with clients regularly, understand their needs, and close sales deals.
· Guide clients through show flats and the project site, handle objections, and manage the sales negotiation and contract signing process.
· Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
· Update and maintain customer information accurately and promptly in the CRM system.
