With the mission of engaging and empowering students and teachers in rural Kenya to succeed in the 21st century, we believe we can achieve our vision.Qualifications & Requirements A degree in Monitoring and Evaluation or Statistics A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in M&E, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership M&E role Demonstrated experience working with non-profit or NGO programs in a field-based setting, preferably in Kenya Proven track record in monitoring and evaluation, including designing and refining data collection and measurement tools Experience supporting program teams to use data for learning, decision-making, program adaptation, and/or donor reporting Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, STATA, Excel, Power BI, or similar) Experience with mobile data collection platforms (KoboToolbox, ODK, CommCare, or similar) Strong qualitative skills including interviewing, storytelling and understanding a deeper context beyond numbers Strong report writing skills and excellent communication skills
