The MissionAs the Stock Controller, you are the primary guardian of inventory integrity for all 270 outlets. Your mission is to ensure that every item is accounted for, both physically on the shelves and digitally within our Micros POS system. You will bridge the gap between procurement, operations, and financial reporting to minimize waste and maximize profitability.

Core ResponsibilitiesPhysical Guardianship: Conduct daily and weekly physical inventory counts to maintain 100% accuracy. System Management: Maintain the digital inventory database within Micros, ensuring all item modifications and new stock entries are accurate. Discrepancy Detective: Generate and analyze daily sales reports to identify variances between theoretical stock levels and actual physical counts. Security & Oversight: Enforce security checks and protocols for storage areas to prevent shrinkage and unauthorized access. What You’ll NeedTechnical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Micros POS and inventory management software. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to reconcile complex financial reports and sales data. Operational Detail: A "detective" mindset to find and resolve discrepancies in stock levels. Professionalism: Clear communication skills for coordinating between kitchen staff, floor supervisors, procurement team and management.
