The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote and sell the bank's financial solutions. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers, answering inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves maintaining call records, resolving customer concerns, and collaborating with the sales team to optimize results.
