The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote and sell the bank's financial solutions. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers, answering inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves maintaining call records, resolving customer concerns, and collaborating with the sales team to optimize results. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with customers Proficiency in Customer Support and Sales to address inquiries and achieve sales objectives Ability to assist in Training to support team members and enhance services Goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities Experience in telesales or banking is a plus Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
