Qualification Must have Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution. Registered Nurse status with the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK). Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in training in a similar institution. Valid Technical Trainer Registration by TVETA. Key responsibilities also include Plan, prepare and teach the units assigned, as outlined in the course outline in line with the course curriculum. Development of learning materials, timely preparation and submission of professional records and maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement and attendance. Plan, develop and deliver appropriate learning plans for individual students.
