We are highly customer-centric and are committed towards finding innovative ways of improving our customers' shopping experience with us Thank You and we hope you enjoy your experience with us.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal and commercial documents, including seller contracts, logistics SLAs, and lease agreements. Support the company in identifying legal and compliance risks across business operations and recommend practical solutions. Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies. Coordinate responses to regulatory notices, inquiries, and compliance requirements from relevant authorities. Oversee data privacy compliance processes and support implementation of Data Protection Act requirements. Manage corporate secretarial matters, including company records, statutory filings, and governance documentation. Review internal policies and operational procedures to ensure legal compliance and business effectiveness. Support dispute resolution processes, including handling internal disputes, claims, and coordination with external counsel where necessary. Provide legal and compliance guidance to internal departments to support day-to-day business operations. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university. Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in legal and compliance functions. Good understanding of Kenyan laws, including the Companies Act, Contract Law, and Data Protection Act. Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams. Previous experience in e commerc, logistics, commercial law, or compliance functions is an added advantage. Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a valid practicing certificate is an added advantage. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
