Raa Limited is a company that develops brands in East Africa for International Companies that are not present in the region for the FMCG sector.ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to support and strengthen business operations in the Mombasa region. The role involves driving sales and marketing activities, maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring product availability, supporting new product growth, and handling daily sales and collection operations professionally. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to promote the company’s products effectively while maintaining a positive and professional company image. WHAT YOU WILL DO Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while driving sales growth and market expansion within the assigned territory. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular prospecting, follow-ups, new account openings, and promotion of current and new products. Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, promotional execution, and timely response to customer inquiries to support business growth and customer retention. Manage timely collections, order fulfilment, offer bookings, and accurate reporting in line with company procedures and operational requirements. Monitor territory performance, increase market penetration, and support productivity through effective route planning and sales execution. Coordinate and supervise JSR activities, including route compliance, reporting on stock levels and short expiries, sales order planning, and field communication. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing .Communication, Presentable.  Work experience in General & Modern Trade Market  Computer literacy in MS Office applications is required.  Good command of written and spoken English and Kiswahili.  At least 2–3years’ experience as a SR Experience with Good Company as Sales Representative.  Experience worked under distributors of FMCG company will be added advantage.  SKILLS Excellent communication and selling skills.  Professional appearance and Loyal customers handling skills.  Good organizational and multitasking abilities.  High level of integrity and confidentiality.  Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.  Attention to detail and time management skills.
