All Things Programming (ALLTP) is an EdTech startup empowering the next generation through AI, coding, robotics, and innovation education. We deliver live, tutor-led technology programs for learners from Kindergarten to Grade 12, helping students develop future-ready skills such as problem-solving, creativity, computational thinking, and digital literacy. To support this growth, we are seeking ambitious, energetic, and results-driven Commission Sales Associates who are passionate about education and making a difference in young people's lives. Position: Commission Sales AssociateYour RoleAs a Commission Sales Associate, you will help parents, schools, and communities discover the value of technology education and enroll students into ALLTP programs. Your responsibilities will include: Identifying and approaching potential parents, schools, and learning groups. Promoting ALLTP programs both online and offline. Generating leads and converting them into paying students. Building relationships with schools, parents, and community organizations. Participating in marketing events, exhibitions, and outreach activities. Maintaining accurate records of leads and enrollments. Meeting and exceeding monthly enrollment targets. RequirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Comfortable speaking to parents, school administrators, and community leaders. Basic smartphone and social media skills. Previous sales experience is an added advantage but not mandatory. Passion for education, technology, and youth development.
