Job Overview: Responsible for end-to-end warehouse goods receiving and issuing operations, ensuring accurate inventory management and full compliance with the company's operational standards. Responsibilities: Goods Receiving & Put-away: Verify consistency between delivery documents and actual goods, inspect incoming goods for damages/shortages, and guide proper, safe stacking at designated storage locations. Goods Issuing & Outbound Management: Prepare goods based on valid outbound instructions, double-check picking driver/vehicle information to avoid wrong delivery, properly store original documents for manual orders, and collect confirmation signatures for customer self-pickup goods. System Operations: Proficiently operate warehouse management systems (e.g. WMS) for daily workflows, and complete supplementary system entries for manual orders after system recovery. Return Processing: Handle physical put-away and corresponding system operations for customer returns, and follow different processes for different return types. Requirements: Education: College degree or above Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the same industry Core competencies: Strong responsibility, attention to detail, execution and compliance awareness; good cross-functional communication skills; basic computer literacy, ability to learn and use internal warehouse systems and smart terminals; good physical fitness to adapt to warehouse working environment and peak season pressure.
