We have been in existence for over 30 years, present in Angola, Sao Tome, East Timor, Mozambique, Cape Verde, and now in Tanzania handling advertising needs for corporates, SMEs, and small businesses across our group companiesWhat You’ll Do Drive B2B sales through new client acquisition and effective account management Manage the full end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional advertising and digital solutions to existing clients Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools What we’re looking for: 2–3 years’ proven B2B sales experience Experience in fintech, insurance, microfinance, call centres, and/or an advertising agency is mandatory Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong customer service and relationship management skills Proven ability to close deals and manage a structured sales pipeline Hands-on experience using CRM tools Digital marketing experience is an added advantage Benefits Competitive salary with attractive commission structure Performance-based incentives and rewards Professional growth and career development opportunities Continuous training and skills development Supportive and collaborative work environment
