Key Responsibilities: • Manage corporate accounts to achieve long term success and drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships • Identify and pursue new business opportunities using existing and potential customer networks to achieve sales targets • Provide product, pricing, and promotion information to requesting parties • Conducting sales calls, client visits, and presentations • Achieve established individual financial sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis • Contribute to ensuring departmental activities align with overall revenue and business objectives • Assist with promotional activities within or outside hotel grounds and maintaining the promotional and customer database • Organize and coordinate market research • Assist in the monitoring and management of the hotel’s brand • Communicate client requirements in a timely and accurate manner to all internal departments as required, and ensure delivery of superior guest service throughout the guest service journey • Address client concerns by coordinating prompt resolutions • Visit competing entities as needed • Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports, forecasts, and business development plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives

Qualifications • Sales, Marketing, Business Administration University Degree from a local or internationally recognized institution • Sales/Marketing Certification is a plus • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar role within a reputable hospitality establishment • Tech savvy with working knowledge of various computer software programmes (MS Office, Power Point, Excel, MS outlook and Opera • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Customer service oriented with a professional, positive, lively, energetic and an outgoing personality • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all levels
