What we're looking for: 5+ years of extensive experience (preferably in large-scale hospitality). Bachelor’s degree in HRM or a related field + CHRP-K / SPHR certification. Strong expertise in Kenyan labor laws and HRMIS.  Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
