Telesales Representative

The Telesales Representative will drive outbound prospecting and lead qualification across our target market of engineering firms, architects, manufacturers, and educational institutions.

You'll work independently on dedicated prospect segments, making 10 to 12 calls daily to identify and qualify leads, book discovery calls, and support our field sales team. This is a structured, target-driven role best suited to someone who loves calling, is resilient, and wants to build a career in technology sales.

Your role reports to the Lead Business Developer and sits at the foundation of our sales pipeline.

Make a minimum of 10 - 12 outbound calls per day to prospective accounts or a dedicated prospect segment **

Qualify leads from marketing lists, event contacts, and inbound inquiries

Book discovery calls and product demonstrations for the Outside Sales team

Follow up on quotes, proposals, and trial licenses

Manage renewal outreach for existing customers

Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records with diligence

Support lead nurturing via email and phone for warm pipelines

Participate in all product training and upskilling sessions

Qualifications **** **

****2+ years of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in technology or B2B services

Confident phone manner with strong verbal communication skills

Comfortable with structured daily call targets

Organised and diligent with CRM / call log management

Resilient, positive attitude - able to handle rejection and keep momentum

Interest in technology and engineering tools is a plus
