Role Summary
We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to accelerate growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospects within the software testing and quality engineering space. The role focuses on strategic outreach, engaging technical and business stakeholders, and contributing to pipeline generation and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research target accounts across key sectors (financial services, retail, healthcare, telecom) in the UK & Europe Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) to engage decision-makers Craft compelling messaging around testing solutions (test automation, performance testing, AI-driven QA) Book meetings with senior stakeholders and uncover software delivery and QA challenges Qualify leads based on client environments (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD) and pass high-potential opportunities to Sales Directors Maintain CRM accuracy, track KPIs, and monitor pipeline performance Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and technical teams to align messaging and targeting Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to outreach strategies and playbooks
Essential Skills & Experience
2+ years of SDR or B2B sales experience in software services, SaaS, or IT consulting Proven ability to generate pipeline within enterprise or mid-market accounts Strong communication and consultative selling skills Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
