As a Sales Delegate at Shalina Healthcare Ghana, you will play a key role in promoting the company’s diagnostics portfolio to laboratories and healthcare outlets. You will increase product awareness and demand and ensuring optimal and continuous availability of diagnostic solution across your assigned territory. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and supporting product adoption within the diagnostics division.
Key deliverables:
Building relationships with laboratory professionals and key decision makers. Providing product information and technical information to customers. Identifying sales opportunities and meeting targets Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activity. Execute marketing and promotional activities to enhance product visibility and adoption. Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base. Follow up on payments.
Essential qualifications, experience and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, biomedical sciences/any related field. 2 Years work experience in pharmaceutical/diagnostics industry.
