Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and optimize maintenance operations. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment reliability, improving operational efficiency, and leading a team of technicians through structured maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs

Plan and prioritize corrective maintenance to minimize downtime

Drive continuous improvement and reliability projects (lean, TPM, root cause analysis)

Monitor equipment performance and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities

Manage spare parts inventory and ensure optimal stock levels

Oversee procurement and vendor coordination

Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs effectively

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards

Maintain accurate records using CMMS systems

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance supervision or coordination

Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments

Familiarity with CMMS and data-driven maintenance approaches

Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM) is a plus
