Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and optimize maintenance operations. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment reliability, improving operational efficiency, and leading a team of technicians through structured maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs

  • Plan and prioritize corrective maintenance to minimize downtime

  • Drive continuous improvement and reliability projects (lean, TPM, root cause analysis)

  • Monitor equipment performance and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities

  • Manage spare parts inventory and ensure optimal stock levels

  • Oversee procurement and vendor coordination

  • Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs effectively

  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards

  • Maintain accurate records using CMMS systems

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance supervision or coordination

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments

  • Familiarity with CMMS and data-driven maintenance approaches

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM) is a plus

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
