Location: Nairobi and South Sudan Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Odoo Assistant to support the implementation and day-to-day management of the Odoo ERP system within the company. The ideal candidate will assist in system setup, data entry, user support, and coordination with departments to ensure smooth ERP implementation and adoption. Key Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of the Odoo ERP system across departments. Support data migration, data cleaning, and system updates. Assist users with system navigation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Work closely with different departments to understand operational workflows and requirements. Support configuration of Odoo modules such as HR, Inventory, Sales, Accounting, Fleet Management, and CRM. Prepare user guides, training materials, and SOP documentation. Monitor system usage and report implementation progress to management. Coordinate with external Odoo consultants or developers where necessary. Ensure accurate and timely entry of company data into the ERP system. Provide administrative and technical support during implementation phases. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of ERP systems, with hands-on experience using Odoo ERP. Experience in system implementation or software support. Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and database handling. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly and work with different teams. High level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.
