Are you passionate about uncovering opportunities where others see noise? We’re looking for a strategic and analytical Lead Generation Specialist to power our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.

💡 About the Role You’ll act as a market researcher, deeply understanding our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and identifying high-intent signals such as hiring trends and industry shifts. Your goal is to deliver high-quality leads that drive meaningful sales conversations. Over time, you’ll also become a tech stack champion, helping optimize how sales tools are used across the team.

🔍 Key Responsibilities Market Analysis & Targeting: Identify best-fit accounts aligned with the ICP Strategic Prospecting: Find key decision-makers using intent signals (e.g., hiring trends, growth indicators) Lead Management: Maintain a high-quality, accurate sales pipeline Data Enrichment: Source verified emails and direct dials to improve connect rates Team Support: Provide guidance and best practices on prospecting tools

✅ What We’re Looking For 1+ year of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development Strong understanding of ICP and market segmentation Analytical mindset to identify “warm” opportunities based on data and trends Experience with Apollo.io, Lusha, or similar tools Strong collaboration skills with SDR teams Quick learner with high adaptability to new tools and processes ENGLISH C1<
