Role Description We are seeking a versatile and hands-on IT Infrastructure Engineer / System Administrator to build, secure, and manage our internal corporate IT ecosystem from scratch. You will be responsible for deploying our cloud directory, setting up robust identity management, and ensuring seamless authentication and integration between our core operational platforms.
Key Responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy, configure, and administer our primary corporate cloud environment (Google Workspace / GCP OR Microsoft 365 / Azure). Identity & Access Management: Design and implement a centralized cloud directory (Google Cloud Identity or Microsoft Entra ID). Manage user lifecycles, groups, OUs, and RBAC policies. SSO Integration: Set up secure Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, or OIDC protocols for all internal tools. Systems Interoperability: Lead the technical integration of our core platforms. Crucial task: Connect the Splynx billing system and the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Desk, etc.) to the central Identity Provider for seamless access and user synchronization. Automation: Utilize REST APIs and Webhooks to automate basic data exchange and onboarding/offboarding processes between systems. Internal IT & Security: Manage office networks, secure remote access (VPNs, zero-trust architectures), and oversee corporate physical security systems (such as modern access control and smart surveillance).
