JOB DESCRIPTION Welcoming guests and handling Receptionist duties Manage daily office operations and administrative activities. Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation. Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and company events. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls. Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required. Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration activities. Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate facility management activities, including office maintenance and security. Process invoices, expense claims, and other administrative financial transactions. Liaise with external stakeholders, service providers, and government agencies when necessary.
