Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in
marketing/sales/business management or related field and 1-2 years of
experience in sales/trade promotions, brand visibility, customer service.
The Retail Experience Intern supports the day-to-day operations of the Airtel
retail shop by assisting the customer service team in delivering excellent
customer experience. The role provides hands-on learning in sales, customer
care, product knowledge, and operational processes within a leading telecommunications
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers visiting the shop in a professional and friendly
manner.
Respond to basic customer queries related to Airtel products and services (e.g.
SIM registration, airtime, bundles, device troubleshooting).
Support the resolution of customer complaints by escalating issues to Customer Service Executives or the Shop Manager.
Ensure customers have a positive experience that reflects Airtel’s brand values.
Support the shop team in promoting Airtel products, services, and offers.
Guide customers through Airtel Money registration, PIN reset, and transaction
processes.
Educate customers on the use of Airtel Money and digital self-service platforms.
Help maintain shop displays, branding, and cleanliness to ensure a professional
environment.
Perform any other duties that might be assigned by the shop manager from time to
time.
