Company Description WICCARE Africa Limited builds, owns and operates waste to value processing plants in Kenya. We take agricultural, processing and municipal organic waste and make a range of useful products from it. One important product line is organic fertiliser. As we scale up our first production facility in Migori County, we are looking for the right candidate to drive the sales of our range of biochar-based blends and also an exciting range of foliar and biostimulant products.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Migori for an Organic Fertiliser Sales Lead. The selected candidate will oversee the sales initiatives for the company’s organic fertilisers, including engaging potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering training sessions to stakeholders as needed. Responsibilities include managing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and fostering lasting relationships with clients. The role also involves identifying new market opportunities and offering insights to enhance sales performance.

Qualifications Strong network in the commercial farming sector a strong want Agronomy and or agricultural economics background a strong want; bachelor's degree or above Familiarity with regulatory pathways a strong want Proficiency in sales, with experience in relevant sector sales management and implementing strategies to achieve targets
