Profile Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s preferred) Proven experience in teaching, coaching, mentoring, or student development (middle and high school experience preferred) Excellent command of English (written and spoken) International exposure (studies abroad or experience in multicultural environments) Skills & Attribut Strong communication skills with a natural ability to teach and inspire Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Empathetic, analytical, and adaptable to diverse learner needs Passionate about student wellbeing, education, and personal development
Key Responsibilities Student Coaching & Development Provide tailored coaching to students to support both academic and personal growth, including readiness for boarding school and higher education pathways Conduct mock interviews and support students in writing and refining personal statements Deliver one-to-one and group coaching sessions to strengthen academic skills, communication, and critical thinking Support students in building confidence, structured study plans, and balanced academic/extracurricular development Guide students in self-awareness and personal development based on their individual strengths and interests Provide holistic support including soft skills development, resilience building, and personal growth Training & Curriculum Support Design and deliver workshops, training modules, and coaching sessions for students and families Collaborate with internal teams to develop educational resources, mentoring frameworks, and student readiness programs Contribute to continuous improvement of coaching approaches and curriculum design
