To ensure the reception desk provides a professional and welcoming first impression, efficiently manages all administrative responsibilities to the highest standards, and creates a comfortable, positive, and valued experience for all guests visiting BF Suma premises.
• Welcome, greet guests as soon as they arrive at the reception.
• Distinguish and direct visitors/distributor to the appropriate person or office they may need. • Answer all incoming calls, screen them and forward to the appropriate person or person. • Answering or referring distributors queries and concerns. • Receive office letters, packages and other deliveries. • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationary and other marketing materials such as posters and forms for promotion purposes. • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone calls or emails to the inquiring person. • Issue out support materials to distributors in accordance to their requests or applications. • Support the sourcing of suppliers and assist CAMs in effectively managing supplier relationships and performance. • Actively participate in promotional activities and contribute to improving sales and business results.
• Actively engage with Jacaranda Club members by providing a warm and personalized experience, including welcoming and interacting with members, gathering feedback and valuable insights, coordinating gift distribution, and fostering strong member relationships.
• Actively engage in the function preparations with other members as the committee may be set.
