Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Consultant will engage walk-in and referred clients, understand their vehicle needs, and guide them through the car selection and import process from initial inquiry to delivery. Responsibilities include presenting available options, explaining import timelines and costs, preparing quotations, and managing documentation in coordination with operations and partner offices. The role involves maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business. The Sales Consultant will also support test drives, participate in showroom activities, and contribute to sales targets and continuous improvement of sales processes. Qualifications

Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable vehicle options. Commitment to Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a client-focused approach throughout the sales and import process. Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to explain technical or process details simply. Proven experience in automotive sales, import services, or a related field is an advantage. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client cases simultaneously, and meet sales and service targets. Good organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail in quotations, documentation, and timelines. Comfortable using basic office and customer management tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking systems). Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
