THE OPPORTUNITY In the Maintenance Inspector role, you will carry out walk-by and detailed inspections of plant equipment to monitor conditions, analyze performance trends, and identify maintenance needs. Provide recommendations and support maintenance planning while considering production constraints, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and optimal plant performance. Manage and coordinate the third-party inspection contractor team to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and maintenance plans. Health Safety & Environment (HSE) Strictly comply with the Company’s HSE Policies, Rules, and Standards at all times. Carry out all work in accordance with approved procedures, permits, and risk assessments to ensure safe and controlled operations. Correctly use and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and wear it consistently while performing duties. Proactively identify, report, and where possible correct unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and environmental hazards. Immediately report all incidents, near misses, hazards, and at-risk situations in accordance with company reporting procedures. Actively participate in Boots on the Ground (BOG) safety observations and engagements topromote safe behaviors and hazard awareness in the workplace. Participate in toolbox talks, safety briefings, emergency drills, and HSE improvement initiatives to support and strengthen the organization’s safety culture. Inspection Activities Conduct walk-by inspections of all plant equipment following predefined inspection routes and raise maintenance requests (notifications) in SAP  Perform specific/detailed inspections on critical equipment according to predefined schedules and routes. Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports with findings, anomalies, and recommendations. Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective actions. Participate in Reliability Committee meetings YOUR QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Qualification & Experience  Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering. 2–3 years of experience in service/maintenance, preferably within a cement plant environment. Job-Specific Skills  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective time management and decision-making abilities. Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Generic skill  Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Proficient in PC applications and reporting tools. Other Competencies: Professional Development Guide (Inspectors) certification or equivalent. Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
