THE OPPORTUNITY In Lubrication Technician role, you will be responsible for the Lubrication of plant equipment and machinery. Manage and coordinate the third-party lubrication contractor team to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and maintenance plans. Health Safety & Environment (HSE) Strictly comply with the Company’s HSE Policies, Rules, and Standards at all times. Carry out all work in accordance with approved procedures, permits, and risk assessments to ensure safe and controlled operations. Correctly use and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and wear it consistently while performing duties. Proactively identify, report, and where possible correct unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and environmental hazards. Immediately report all incidents, near misses, hazards, and at-risk situations in accordance with company reporting procedures. Actively participate in Boots on the Ground (BOG) safety observations and engagements to promote safe behaviors and hazard awareness in the workplace. Participate in toolbox talks, safety briefings, emergency drills, and HSE improvement initiatives to support and strengthen the organization’s safety culture. Responsible for the lubrication of the below listed equipment:  Lime stone crusher. Additives crusher. Stacker/Re-claimer. Raw mill feeding. Raw mill (ball mills and vertical roller mill). Raw meal transport screws and elevators Raw meal pneumatic screw conveyor. Raw mill fans Silo aeration blowers. Bin feed and Kiln feed elevators and screws Pre-heater flap dampers. Kiln main drive, aux drive, girthgear, support rollers Kilns ID fans Main burner and secondary burner axial and radial rotary blowers & compressors. Clinker Cooler under grate fans. Clinker crusher, drag chain and clinker transport pan conveyors Kilns process filter big fans and screws Coal mill, coal filter fan, coal mill separator, coal pneumatic transport screw pump and blowers Central compressors Gantry cranes Cement mills main drive gearboxes, motors, cement pneumatic screw pumps and blowers Cement mills process fans, screws and elevators Cement extraction screws, elevators, bag filters and fans Rotor packers, cement loading conveyors and telescopic belts Main work shop machines Responsible for the lubrication of equipment as per given lubrication schedule Oil sampling as per schedule Maintain lubrication tools in good operative condition. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS  Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.  Minimum 3 years’ experience in the cement industry or 7 years’ experience in any process industry. Good knowledge of industrial lubrication systems, lubricants, greases, and their applications in plant equipment. Experience in preventive maintenance, lubrication scheduling, and maintaining lubrication records. Ability to identify lubrication-related faults and ensure timely corrective actions while meeting assigned targets. Self-motivated, disciplined, punctual, and flexible, with good teamwork skills and ability to work independently in an industrial environment.
