Our strategic partners include specialists in medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, surgery and general practitioners among others.Job Summary Pearl Hospital is a Level 4 multi-specialty hospital in Laikipia County. Guided by our values of Quality, Efficiency, Professionalism, and Compassion, we are seeking for a Community Oral and Health Officer  to provide quality oral healthcare services through diagnosis, treatment, prevention and community oral health education while promoting proper dental hygiene and supporting overall patient care. Key Responsibilities Conduct oral examinations and assess patients` dental conditions. Diagnose and manage common oral and dental diseases. Perform preventive and curative procedures. Provide oral health education and counselling to patients and communities.  Participate in community outreach and dental awareness programs. Ensure Infection prevention and control standards are maintained in the dental unit. Prepare reports and maintain documentation as required Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health and KMPDC regulations. Minimum Qualifications Degree or  Diploma  in Community Oral Health from a recognized institution. ‎Valid practicing license and registration with Kenya Medical. ‎ At least 1-2 years of clinical experience in a busy dental set up is preferred. Basic life Support (BLS) certification is an added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is an added advantage. Required Competencies Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
