Key Tasks
eQMS Administration & Support
Support the administration and maintenance of the eQMS to ensure compliant, efficient, and standardized use across sites. Assist in maintaining document control and training processes within the eQMS. Support users by providing guidance on system workflows, document lifecycle requirements, and training assignments.
Training & Competency Management
Ensure training requirements are identified and appropriately linked to job roles and responsibilities, applicable procedures and controlled documents, and defined competency requirements Support assignment, tracking, and completion of training within the eQMS/LMS. Verify that updated or new procedures are linked to relevant training plans and role-based training requirements, consistent with global training processes. Maintain accurate and audit-ready training records, including evidence of completion and effectiveness checks.
Document Control & Lifecycle Management
Ensure all controlled documents are properly versioned, reviewed and approved in accordance with defined workflows, and only distributed and accessible to authorized personnel Support document change control activities, including revision, approval, obsolescence, and archival. Ensure compliance with document control procedures and regulatory expectations for record integrity and traceability.
Site Quality System Alignment
Review site quality manuals and associated procedures to ensure alignment with the global eQMS structure. Identify and obsolete procedures that are no longer in use or have been superseded by global processes. Ensure consistency between site-level documentation and global quality system requirements.
Document Matrix & Data Integrity Management
Maintain and update site document matrices to ensure accuracy and completeness of listed documents, alignment with current eQMS-controlled documents, removal of obsolete or superseded documents Verify that document hierarchies, cross-references, and ownership are accurate and current.
