Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth

Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, government, media, education, NGO, telecom, and broadcasting sectors.

Sell IT products, broadcast equipment, studio systems, networking devices, printers, CCTV, and related solutions.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and contracts professionally.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.

Follow up leads aggressively and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Upsell and cross-sell company services and products.

Business Development

Research market trends and identify emerging opportunities.

Develop strategic partnerships with organizations, broadcasters, institutions, and technology vendors.

Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Create and implement business growth strategies.

Client Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Maintain high customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical requirements.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

Promote company products through digital marketing, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.

Assist in creating marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.

Represent the company professionally during meetings and public engagements.

Reporting & Productivity

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Maintain accurate CRM and lead-tracking records.

Meet activity KPIs including calls, meetings, proposals, and conversions.

Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques. 

Requirements & QualificationsEducation

Diploma or Degree in:

Sales & Marketing

Business Administration

Information Technology

Telecommunications

Media Technology

Electrical/Electronic Engineering

Or related field
