Work Schedule: Mondayto Friday, 4:00 pm - 2:00 am Kenya timeWork Modality: 100%Remote We’re looking for an energetic and professional RemoteOutside Sales Representative to help drive new business through coldcalling, prospecting, and consistent email follow-up. Requirements:• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English• Confident and professional phone presence• Highly organized and consistent with follow-ups• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools)• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or businessdevelopment is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers and decision-makers• Follow up with leads through professional, well-written emails• Identify sales opportunities and schedule meetings or calls• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects• Track all activity accurately in the CRM system• Support the sales team in converting leads into opportunities• Learn and represent our services, including low-voltage systems, access control, cameras, fire alarms, and A/V solutions• Use tools like ZoomInfo to generate and manage prospect lists
