Role: Finance Controller – Manufacturing Industry

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Finance Controller to lead and oversee the financial operations of a well-established manufacturing company in Nairobi.

Key Responsibilities: Financial reporting & management accounting Budgeting, forecasting & financial planning Cash flow, treasury & working capital management Cost control & profitability improvement initiatives Inventory accounting & manufacturing costing Tax compliance, audits & statutory reporting Internal controls & financial governance Business partnering and strategic decision support Team leadership and development

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 12+ years of progressive finance experience 3–5 years in a senior finance leadership role Mandatory experience in the Manufacturing Industry Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, costing, ERP systems, and inventory management Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
