We are seeking a results-driven, highly motivated Corporate Sales Executive to drive the growth of our Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) and compliance training portfolio in Kenya. In this role, you will target high-risk and high-growth sectors—including Manufacturing, Construction, Logistics, Energy, and Agriculture—to sell accredited EHS training courses (e.g., Fire Safety, First Aid, OSH Compliance, and specialized technical safety courses). The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in B2B corporate sales, understands how to navigate procurement processes, and can effectively articulate the financial and legal value of safety compliance to HR directors, Operations Managers, and Managing Directors. Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Lead Generation Identify, prospect, and map out new B2B corporate clients across Kenya requiring statutory and specialized EHS training. Conduct cold outreach, field visits, and network within industry associations (e.g., KAM, NCA) to build a robust sales pipeline. Present and pitch EHS training solutions to C-suite executives, HR heads, and Safety Managers.
- Deal Closure & Account Management Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial consultation and training needs assessment to proposal submission and contract signing. Customize training proposals to meet client-specific compliance requirements and organizational needs. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to secure annual training renewals and cross-sell new courses.
- Market Awareness & Compliance Alignment Stay up to date with Kenyan occupational health and safety regulations (OSHA 2007) and Directorate of Occupational Safety and Health Services (DOSHS) guidelines to sell consultatively. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by management. Required Qualifications & Experience Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B corporate sales. Experience selling corporate training, professional services, insurance, or HR solutions is highly preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A background or basic certification in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), OSH, or public health is a significant advantage. Skills: Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations. Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Mobility: Must be willing to travel frequently within Nairobi and surrounding industrial hubs for client meetings. What We Offer A competitive base retainer with an uncapped, aggressive commission structure. Monthly travel/transport allowance and airtime/data bundle allowance. Continuous product training on international and local EHS standards. Clear career progression into senior business development and sales management roles.
