Role Description This is a volunteer hybrid role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with opportunities for flexible remote work. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. Daily tasks will include market research, developing proposals, and supporting the organization’s goals to expand its reach and impact in line with its mission.

Qualifications Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure new opportunities that align with organizational goals. Strong Business and Account Management skills to maintain relationships, manage stakeholders, and oversee business dealings efficiently. Excellent Communication skills to articulate the organization's mission, negotiate partnerships, and engage with diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, demonstrating flexibility, independence, and time management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the non-profit sector or working with community-driven initiatives is an added advantage.
