Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, site visits, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, property developers, and decision-makers. Present and sell Bakyson's ICT and ELV solutions, including:
- High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA)
- IPTV Systems
- CCTV & Surveillance Solutions
- Access Control Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS)
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Collaborate with presales and project teams to develop compelling technical and commercial proposals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates within the CRM system.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client engagements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, ICT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably within ICT, ELV, telecommunications, systems integration, or technical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
