Minimum Requirements

• Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Degree in Plumbing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.

• Valid teaching qualification/pedagogical training from a recognized institution.

• Registered and licensed by the relevant regulatory authority where applicable.

• Minimum of two (2) years teaching experience in a TVET institution or college.

• Strong practical and technical skills in the relevant trade area.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities****

• Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and teaching materials.

• Deliver theory and practical lessons to diploma & Certificate students.

• Assess students through assignments, practicals, tests, and examinations.

• Maintain students' academic records and progress reports.

• Supervise projects, industrial attachments, and practical activities.

• Participate in curriculum implementation and continuous improvement activities.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards in workshops and laboratories.
