The role involves identifying customer needs, promoting products and services, converting leads into sales, and contributing to the achievement of individual and team sales targets. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and sales opportunities. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer inquiries to maximize conversion rates. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system. Address customer concerns and objections professionally and effectively. Prepare and submit sales activity reports as required. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Uphold company values, policies, and customer service standards in all interactions. Requirements Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in telesales, sales, business development, customer service, or a related commercial role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of sales techniques, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
