Qualification & Experience**

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

2–3 years of experience in service/maintenance, preferably within a cement plant environment.

Immediately report all incidents, near misses, hazards, and at-risk situations in accordance with company reporting procedures.

Inspection Activities**

Conduct walk-by inspections of all plant equipment following predefined inspection routes and raise maintenance requests (notifications) in SAP
-
Perform specific/detailed inspections on critical equipment according to predefined schedules and routes.

Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports with findings, anomalies, and recommendations.
-
Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective actions.

Participate in Reliability Committee meetings
