We are seeking a passionate, customer-focused, and energetic Barista to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and contributing to a welcoming café experience for customers. Job Description Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene. Operate and maintain coffee machines and related equipment in good working condition. Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and deliver prompt, friendly service. Recommend beverages and complementary items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs in a timely manner. Assist in receiving, organizing, and ensure availability of items. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and customer service areas throughout the day. Follow food safety, health, and hygiene regulations consistently. Process customer payments accurately and ensure proper cash handling procedures. Reconcile daily sales and report any discrepancies to the supervisor. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Support promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives within the Organisation. Job Requirements Certificate, Diploma, or relevant training in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field. Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role. Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
