About the Opportunity We are building a performance-based referral partner network to expand access to straitPay services for businesses. This opportunity is designed for individuals and professionals in Ghana, Kenya, and Nigeria with strong business networks who can connect us with qualified customers.

This is not a salaried role. Partners earn commissions on successful referrals.

Role Overview As a Referral Partner, you will be responsible for introducing businesses to our platform and supporting initial engagement that leads to successful onboarding.

You will act as a connector between straitPay services and businesses that require cross-border payment and financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities • Identify and refer qualified business customers • Introduce our platform to decision makers within your network • Support initial conversations where needed • Ensure leads shared are relevant and high quality • Maintain professional communication with prospects

Requirements • Strong network of business owners or SMEs • Existing relationships in sectors such as import/export, logistics, consulting, travel, or trade is an advantage • Good communication and relationship management skills • Ability to work independently • Prior experience in sales, referrals, or business development is an advantage

Compensation • Commission based earnings only • Earn per successful referral conversion • Earnings scale with performance and volume of successful introductions
