What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a comprehensive life enrichment strategy aligned with resident interests and abilities Lead, mentor, and schedule life enrichment associates Plan and facilitate activities, events, outings, and community partnerships Track participation, satisfaction, and engagement outcomes Manage department budget and resources responsibly Ensure programs comply with state regulations and company standards Partner with families to encourage involvement and connection Promote a person-centered approach to engagement Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Gerontology, Recreational Therapy, or related field preferred 2+ years of leadership experience (senior living or healthcare preferred) Proven ability to design and implement engaging programming Strong organizational and communication skills Working knowledge of state regulations related to life enrichment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software systems Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed Genuine passion for improving the lives of senior adults
