This will be an entry level and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under supervision of a senior officer.

1. Scanning the market and develop new business.

2. Appraising investment proposals.

3. Contributing in negotiation of project documents.

4.Disbursing to approved projects

5.Monitoring post investment progress of projects

6.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Person Specification**

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields, Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;

2. Proficiency in computer applications;

3. Good interpersonal, and communication skills;

4. Team Player

5. Meets the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.
