About the role
This application process covers multiple openings on our account management team. All applicants will go through the same initial screening process, and candidates who advance will be matched to the role that best fits their experience, background, and strengths: from day-to-day account management roles to senior and specialized roles.

What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships from onboarding through long-term engagement
- Run client-facing calls: kickoffs, candidate reviews, check-ins, with professionalism and clarity
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure quality and fit at every step of the client experience
- Manage multiple active accounts simultaneously, keeping things organized and moving without details slipping
- Set clear expectations with clients, surface issues early, and resolve problems before they escalate
- Build strong, long-term client relationships that drive retention and satisfaction
- Facilitate smooth handoffs and transitions so clients always feel informed and supported

What we're looking for
- 2+ years of B2B client-facing experience — this is a firm requirement.
- We are looking for professionals from account management, client success, staffing, or similar B2B roles. If your background is exclusively B2C or call center, this role is not the right fit.
- **Preferred industries: **staffing, financial services, professional services, or other service-based B2B environments
- Previous remote or hybrid work experience required. Fully remote experience strongly preferred
- **Excellent spoken and written English. **You will represent RemoteLegalStaff directly with U.S.-based legal clients and communication quality is non-negotiable
- Available to work U.S. business hours with a start time between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM PST
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail: managing multiple accounts means nothing can slip, ever
- Strong communicator who can run a professional call, manage expectations, and write clearly and concisely
- Familiar with project management tools (Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, or similar) and Google Workspace
- Good judgment and decision-making: you are not just moving things through a pipeline, you are making real calls about quality and fit between our clients and our candidates
- Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams
- Able to work well under pressure: client situations move fast, and you need to stay composed and effective
- Confident and poised when speaking with attorneys and legal professionals: our clients are lawyers and you need to hold your own in those conversations
- Self-starter who manages their own workload without needing heavy oversight
- Experience in legal, staffing, or professional services is a plus but not required
What success looks like
- In your first 90 days:
- You will go through extensive training before you face any client. After this time, we'd expect you to showcase and demonstrate your alignment with our company values and for you to have started building strong relationships across the team.
- Once you start managing our clients: You will know them, understand what makes a great outcome, and have a clear, organized process for managing your accounts. Clients will feel well taken care of from the moment they are in your hands.
