Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care in patients’ homes Administer medication and monitor patient well-being Support post-operative, elderly, chronic illness, and palliative care patients Educate and support patients and their families Maintain accurate patient records and uphold patient confidentiality Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid Nursing Council practicing license Diploma or Degree in Nursing Compassionate, professional, and reliable Experience in home-based care is an added advantage
