About the RoleDotcash is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Product Developer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining financial technology products that deliver exceptional customer experiences and support business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy new product features and enhancements. Collaborate with business, operations, marketing, and customer support teams to gather and analyze product requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical product specifications. Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs. Work closely with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle. Support product launches and post-launch performance monitoring. Troubleshoot product issues and coordinate timely resolutions. Ensure products comply with relevant regulatory and security requirements. Prepare product documentation, user guides, and training materials when required. Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in product development, product management, business analysis, or a related role. Experience in fintech, digital lending, payments, or financial services is an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is an added advantage.
