Role Overview The Team Leader – Super Dealer Network is responsible for driving performance, discipline, and growth across EcoSafi’s Super Dealer ecosystem within an assigned branch or region. This role focuses on leading field teams, ensuring strong Super Dealer performance, maintaining stock and portfolio integrity, and delivering branch-level targets. The Team Leader works through Super Dealer Relations Officers to ensure consistent execution, market expansion, and high service standards at scale.

Key Responsibilities Super Dealer Network Performance Own overall performance of the Super Dealer network within the assigned region. Drive growth in active and earning stoves, reorders, and customer retention. Monitor performance trends and implement corrective actions where needed. Team Leadership & Coaching Lead, coach, and support field teams responsible for Super Dealer engagement. Set clear targets, expectations, and accountability for team members. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide structured feedback Target Ownership Deliver all branch-level targets as set by the business. Translate regional goals into clear team and individual performance targets. Track performance daily, weekly, and monthly, and intervene early when targets are at risk. Portfolio Health & Customer Protection Provide oversight of portfolio health across Super Dealers. Ensure continuity of service and positive customer experience across the region. Monitor churn risks, reorder gaps, and service disruptions. Stock Management & Risk Control Ensure strong stock governance across Super Dealer outlets. Review stock audits, reconciliations, and variance reports. Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure consistent product availability. Field Execution & Quality Assurance Ensure structured route planning and effective territory coverage. Conduct joint field visits to assess execution quality and adherence to SOPs. Promote standardised processes and best practices across the region. Market Development & Expansion Support expansion of the Super Dealer network in high-potential zones. Guide local marketing and activation activities to drive growth. Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to inform strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with logistics, call centre, technical, training, and operations teams. Resolve regional operational challenges efficiently and proactively. Reporting & Compliance Produce accurate and timely performance reports. Analyse data and provide actionable insights to management. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and ethical standards.

Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or a related field. Proven experience leading sales teams, dealer networks, or field operations. Experience managing performance targets and multi-location teams is an advantage.
