Key Duties and Responsibilities
Patient Care: Provide high-quality, compassionate care in accordance with clinical protocols and facility standards. Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions; administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to care coordination.
Clinical Excellence: Ensure adherence to infection control practices and patient safety guidelines. Engage in continuous quality improvement and professional development initiatives.
Patient & Family Education: Explain treatment procedures and provide education on care plans and post-discharge instructions. Offer emotional support to patients and their families. Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments across multiple specialties (e.g., intensive care, emergency, telemetry, medical/surgical).

Requirements
Requirements
Licensure & Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred but not mandatory.
Hold a valid nursing license in your home country (eligibility for U.S. licensure is required).
Experience:
Minimum of 1–2 years of acute care experience in institutions of 80 bed capacity and above (experience in ICU, ER, or medical/surgical settings is advantageous).
Language & Communication:
Proficiency in English (successful completion of English proficiency exams may be required).
Clinical Competence:
Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to interpret patient symptoms and respond appropriately.
Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
